Margaret Cho brings her trademark raunchy, socially relevant and politically-charged comedy to Orchestra Hall, kicking off the official four-day Twin Cities Pride Celebration weekend. The show is intended for Mature Audiences.
Premium seating includes a reception from 5:30pm-8pm with an open bar, a 2014 Pride pin, and free admission for one person to the 2014 Pride in Concert and Pride Festival Beer Gardens.
Beginning with her early days on the scene in SoCal, Margaret Cho has always been the Agent Provocateur of stand up. Never one to shy away from a difficult, or even ‘taboo’ topic, there is no subject off limits for Cho. Her socially aware brand of comedy has made her both a thought leader as well as a teacher to those with open minds and open hearts. Equally as important to her as her work in entertainment are the causes she is passionate about. She has been widely recognized for her work in the non-profit sector, lending her name, time and tireless work ethic to several charities, especially those involving gay rights and anti-bullying campaigns.
