The Battered Women’s Justice Project and OutFront MN are conducting a
Community Safety Assessment to better understand how people in the
lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community seek
help in response to intimate partner violence.
We would like to hear your experience of help-seeking from: friends &
family, community organizations, systems (police, courts, healthcare) or
anywhere else. How useful were those responses to you? Did you get
what you needed? This information will shape our recommendations for
systems change.
Your responses will remain confidential and anonymous. The interview
can be conducted in person or on the phone. Participants will receive a
$30 stipend. To learn more about the project, please contact Marijka:
mmuras@bwjp.org or 612-824-8768 x113.
