Press Credentialing at Pride Events

Thank you for your interest in covering the Twin Cities Pride Celebration. All press covering Pride Events are strongly encouraged to be credentialed. Volunteers and event staff & management are instructed not to grant interviews to individuals who are not credentialed. It is not necessary to be on our "press list" in order to be credentialed or to get a Press Pass.

Credentialing is done onsite at the Pride Festival and at the Ashley Rukes GLBT Pride Parade (the Parade). At the festival, please visit the Operations Center in the center of the park to receive your Press Pass. At the Parade, ask any volunteer with a radio to page the PR Director (Christopher Taykalo). Your Press Pass will grant you admission to the Pride Block Party on Sunday, however we will not be credentialing media there - please come to the Festival before 8pm to receive your credentials.

If you have any concerns, questions or coments, please do not hesitate to contact our Public Relations Director via telephone or email. We will be receiving email sporatically during the Festival and Parade, so cell phone may be the best method. The numbers/addresses are listed above.
