The Pre-Parade show starts at 9 AM at the Grandstand on the corner of 9th & Hennepin. The show will feature entertainment and is free to attend.

Seats in the covered Grandstand tickets are now on sale! Only 100 tickets are available so don't wait to get your! Each ticket will include your seat in the covered seating area as well as a cocktail and a breakfast snack.

Tickets for seating the covered Grandstand include a cocktail and a breakfast snack. Admission is limited to those 21 and over.

The Grandstand seating area will be located directly across from the Announcers & Judges Stand and will play host to the hilarious Pre-Parade Show.

Pre-Parade Show

9:00am In Front of the Grandstand

The Pre-Parade Show is free and will be located in the Grandstand area at the corner of 9th & Hennepin. We are working with the Festival Entertainment team to bring you a fabulous show to get you ready for the start of the largest Parade in the City of Minneapolis.

Parade Hosts

Our emcees, including the fabulous Monica West and Joe Fryer, will entertain you with their hilarious banter as they announce each contingent as it marches by the Grandstand at 9th and Hennepin.

This year our celebrity emcee will be KARE 11's Joe Fryer. We are excited to welcome Joe and Monica to the the Announcer's Stand this year.

Our emcees will be sharing tidbits and factoids about each parade unit as it marches by.

Many parade units put on their best show in front of the Grandstand because our Parade Judges and our emcees will be stationed on the Announcer's Stand directly across the seat from the covered Grandstand seating area.

The best seats in the house are in the covered Grandstand, but there is only room for 100 people, so get your tickets now! In addition a limited number of tickets will be available for sale at the Pride Festival on Saturday, June 27.  At the Festival, they will be available at the Pride Souvenir/Merchandise booth, located near the Loring Stage.
