Here: An Exhibition of Book Art and Works on Paper by Minnesota GLBT Artists

May 10 through June 29, 2008 at Open Book

Minnesota Center for Book Arts presents "Here," a jurried exhibition of artist's books, altered books, zines and works on paper created by Minnesota GLBT artists. Work will be displayed in the Open Book Lobby from May 10 through June 29, 2008.  A free public reception will be held during Pride Weekend, Friday, June 27, 6-9pm at MCBA.  Refreshments will be served.

Minnesota Center for Book Arts celebrates the book as a vibrant contemporary art form and preserves the traditional arts of papermaking, letterpress printing, printmaking and hand bookbinding.
