An inspirational story of how proud people - and proud businesses - build community.

Kyle Kim was named Instinct Magazines Leading Man in 2007, in part for his work at Microsoft as director of Family Computing, an effort to help kids stay safe online. Kyle’s commitment to family and community does not begin or end there. From a life experience shaped by coming out as a gay youth, the challenges of family acceptance, and a period facing the scourge of homelessness, Kyle overcame obstacles through the power of mentorship. Today Kyle gives back by volunteering with youth and sharing his story of how everyone can gain strength through vulnerability.
