Thank you for your interest in performing at the 2011 Pride Festival.

Terms and Conditions

You agree that you will not be paid for performing at the Pride Festival; you are applying to be a volunteer Entertainer.  You agree that Pride will have your permission to photograph and video record all performances on Pride's stages and Pride has your permission to use this recording in future marketing campaigns without further authorization from you.

Stage Selection/Assignment

Pride's Festival Entertainment Manager will assign performers to a particular stage based on genre and the description of your performance that is on your Application.  You acknowledge that Pride has 100% authority to accept or reject performers for any reason.

Dressing Tent/Green Room

Each stage has a dressing tent (Green Room).  The Green Rooms do not provide running water, electricity or lights.  Facilities with running water and electricity are not available.

Passes

Each person in your group will be issued a Stage Pass upon arrival at the event.  This pass is required for access to the backstage areas and Green Rooms.  Passes are not transferrable.  If you loose your pass, please let the Stage Manager know and a replacement can be obtained.

Setup

Please arrive 1/2 hour before your performance and check in with the Stage Manager at the stage to which your performance has been scheduled.  If you will require assistance bringing in gear to the stage, please arrive at least one hour early and let the Entertainment Manager know in advance if possible.  We cannot guarantee that we will have sufficient staff to assist you, but will endeavor to do our best.  Vehicles are not allowed in the Park during Festival hours.

Sound Check

If you require a sound check before your performance, this must be discussed with, and approved by, Pride's Entertainment Manager in advance.

Cancellations

You agree that you will not cancel your scheduled appearance on a Pride Stage after April 15, 2011.  Pride has the right to cancel any scheduled performances on a Pride Stage for any reason at any time.
